How to punch your morning and kill the day


the way we start our morning determine the mood we flow with in the day routine .the slow we get in  it reduces stress of the day, getting a good start in the morning isn't an easy job, have your self all in shape mentally and physically requires a healthy morning routing . the following are tips on how to start your day

  • get up earlier

waking up early is not a burden  or hard decision to do. the necessity of waking early rise to the duties the one beholds and personal habit.despite of the ample time we get ,raising earlier helps to reduce stress and creates more positive attitude. make you proactive,focused on action. 

  • do not start your day with smartphones or tv

checking on smartphone and tv for update and emails which is the positive the do but not in the right time. when you set yourself to deal with a phone before some other things you will end-up devour the time you considered to do some other important thing . get up start working on yesterdays left overs work and start with fresh ones

  • take your time planing and meditating your day

its not a bad thing to think positive about your self, inspiring your morning before getting off the bed. thing on how good you did yesterday and how you will do the best today.

  • have a decent shower  

a shower gives a full waking of the body ,refreshes us and maintain hygiene so you go out and feel great . its possible to go out without cleaning but you wont be more comfortable .body odor will guide to less interaction with people.

  • get a healthy breakfast, water is essential

eating nutritious breakfast is important for a healthy human being. morning breakfast stabilize our blood sugar which controls our energy. less consumption of breakfast you being to be tiredness ,lack of concentration and less energetic. consumption of water in the morning make you re-hydrated,boost body metabolism, flush out toxic,less headache and mood fluctuation
