Dangerous indicators from your staff

The point of rearranging puzzle game is to connect every piece to one full picture .
organizations can't be one without people.  It works as a joint of different people with different cultures, morals, capacity,  perspectives and many others. 
Most employer hire a staff with expectations to meet the demands of the organization vice versa the employee demand for a job for self interest. Who seeks for a job without something in return ? It's either experience or pay . The staff need supervision,
Handling staff is quite challenging no matter gender and size ,  Leadership technique should be aquired.
Building up a business or organization from its core takes energy and investment without forgetting trust to the staff. I know it's had embed your vision on something's without or with a charisma as your  altitude .

Let's come clear in this point . Fear is far more different compare to displine . Displine isn't a talent  Or something you can earn it . It an habit we create and eventually transform to our culture .  Displine in time , work , life , communication and etc.

Efficiency in work place. Sustainable skills and abilities to effectively work on his or her responsibilities . Devoted and dedicated staff is what every business owner desire.  Creative and persistent to their goals for good welfare of the business.   Sharpness to customer approach.  Less blamers work hard.  Incompetence is poor effectiveness of the staff.

Unpleasant appearance and customer service approach


The dressing code , mood appearance , organized office and so on they are noted as minor things to mind from tge staff. A customer approach isnt constant due to culture , social interferance of the mood but the staff serving the customer mood must be constant no matter how anoying the  customer is.  Irregularity and selfness from the staff drive strengthless the team work energy.

Internal office conflict happen a lot but it hard to notice  . Luckily when it's noticed one is on the breakdown emotionally or physically and the weak one leaves the office .  Pay attention to the team connection in different tasks.
