Inspirational chain sharp from experienced to 
trainee vise versa in some situations. Information that comes from experienced is absorbed by a startup,its not that a startup is a potentially in a mentor's life . Depends with the manners or behavior and the personal motivation drive from a startup

A trust worth relationship is fruitfulness.  The moment you lose focus on learning from a leader and start comparing. you shut down the connection
